Toulouse

3 Must sees

Toulouse, often referred to as the “Pink City” due to the terracotta-colored bricks that adorn its historic buildings, is a charming and vibrant city in the Occitanie region of southern France. As an exchange student in Toulouse, I have here listed three things I would really recommend to see in Toulouse:

The place called “Saint Pierre” by the Garonne River is a super nice place to hang out with friends. Bring your own blanket, food, and drinks, and see the sunset.

If you are into history the Basilica of Saint-Sernin church is really worth a visit! The church is listed on UNESCO World Heritage Site and dates back to the 11th century. It is known for its intricately designed portals, impressive sculptures, and magnificent interior. It is located close to the city center and the area around the church is really cozy.
